Extends the homestead exemption on property taxes to all of the fair market value of the house
Summary of the bill as introduced: Extends the homestead exemption for the disabled and elderly to all fair market value of the homestead subject to property tax beginning for the tax year when the individual currently receiving the exemption attains the age of 85 years old.
